So you are in a foreign country and driving is not an option, how will you get around? There are many methods for getting around and it usually depends on which area you are in. In some areas like Italy, traveling by canal is popular. In these areas one can ride a Gondola up and down seeing the sites of the city. They are expensive to ride, but worth the trip just for the ambiance and stunning look at history from a different point of view.
Some do not even consider transportation a problem when visiting other cities. Many countries still utilize train service for a great deal of their transportation needs. Which ever method one uses, will wholly depend on the country they are visiting and the preferred method fo travel for that area.
